This is the great bit, as it's so simple. When booking your next trip, please make sure you tell your specialist travel expert that you qualify for a loyalty reward, and how many times you have travelled with us.

This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified and is subject to project availability. Standard booking conditions apply.

Any person claiming a loyalty reward will have to tell Amanzi Travel how many times they have travelled to claim the reward, at time of booking. The Loyalty Reward is for new volunteer project bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively, so please indicate whether you’ve travelled with us before, when booking your trip.

The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment.

Amanzi Pride loyalty rewards are offered at the discretion of Amanzi Travel, and thus Amanzi Travel have the right to terminate rewards or to change the reward rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole or part, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of the reward already accumulated.

The loyalty scheme is valid per trip booked (this may include multiple projects/course/overland tours forming part of one trip).  

The loyalty discount only applies when the activity fee is more than £1,000 (excluding airfares, insurance and other additional non activity items).
